Think Tell Junction We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be an essential part of our logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring that our products are handled efficiently and accurately. As a Warehouse Worker, you will participate in the daily operations of our warehouse, which includes receiving, processing, storing, and shipping goods.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Sort, organize, and store products in designated warehouse areas.
• Prepare and complete orders for shipping according to company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory audits.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and effectively.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized to promote a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production and shipping deadlines.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience as a warehouse worker or related position.
• Ability to operate warehouse machinery and equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) consistently.
• Basic math and literacy skills for inventory tracking and reporting.
