Were looking for a hardworking General Laborer to join our Dallas team and help keep our operations running smoothly. What Youll Do:
As a General Laborer, youll play a vital role in keeping our yard safe, clean, and efficient.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Ensuring a tidy, hazard-free work environment through housekeeping and debris removal.
- Assisting with maintenance of equipment and cleaning barges.
- Safely using hand tools such as snip cutters, brooms, and shovels.
- Following health and safety protocols to keep yourself and your team safe.
- Supporting your team with additional tasks as needed.

What Youll Need:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Physical strength to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work in various positions (standing, kneeling, overhead).
- Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- A team-player attitude and ability to work independently when needed.
- Bonus: Forklift experience is preferred, but were happy to train you if youre eager to learn!
Work Environment:
- This is an outdoor role where youll be near moving mechanical parts and exposed to all types of weather. Its a fast-paced environment with occasional loud noise (ear protection provided), so youll need to stay alert and adaptable.
