- Candidate Criteria:
- 5 years of experience answering inbound phone calls in a call center environment.
- At least 3 years of customer service or equivalent experience.
- 12 months of technical support experience (software preferred over hardware).
- 1 year of experience in a telecommuting role (preferred but not required).
- Willingness to work any days/hours the business requires (M-F 7am-11pm) up to 40 hours a week.
- Reliable and high-speed internet and a quiet, uninterrupted, and private workspace. Shared spaces are not permitted.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
