Primary Function : Perform preventive maintenance work on production machinery to ensure the continuous production of high-quality film while maintaining all safety work standards. Responsibilities Perform daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly P.M.'s on all production lines Complete necessary forms and Maintain files Regularly inspect production lines, and support equipment and submit Maintenance Work Request forms as needed Must be self-starter as well as possess the ability to work with others Maintain building and grounds Maintain a safe working environment; contain or eliminate unsafe conditions and practice safe behavior Overtime and fluctuating schedule may be required Filter checks on vacuum system; change and empty dust collection Restroom cleaning; urinals/toilets/sinks and floor Prepare PM cart for line PM Minor repairs/clean-up for building and grounds Clean dirty filters/screens Stage parts for PM Clean/Mop Offices Clean floors along production walkways, hallways, etc. Qualifications Takes reasonable care for their own health and safety. Takes reasonable care for the health and safety of others. Authorized to stop work when a perceived unsafe condition or behavior may result in an unwanted event Understands and actively participates in the company's EHS policy, goals, and objectives High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
